Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa

The air conditioning in our room did not work. The floor in our room was slippery from some residue from mopping. The shower leaked no matter which door we tried to close closest to the shower head. It even leaked after adjusting the shower head toward the wall and angled as far past the leak area as possible. The ice machine on our floor gave out of ice on day 2. There was no outlet near one side of the bed for charging my cell phone. I also needed it close by for the alarm.

It was just myself and my son. We felt very safe to be traveling by ourselves. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was bt far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had!

It was Easter weekend so breakfast was a box meal. I did appreciate Apple in the box since I’m a type 2 disbetic and everyth8ng else 8n box was loaded with carbs and sugar. My husband warmed his biscuit in microwave and he said it was good. Coffee was good. Happy the kitchen staff were able to have Easter off to celebrate the Risen Lord,

The counter tops were sticky and needed cleaning, floors were also sticky and dirty. A good vacuum and mop could have solved the problem.

The room was nice and clean

This was a business trip. I needed to extend the stay. Terryann was extremely helpful with that process. The room was clean & comfortable. Extremely quiet environment & well lite safe parking area nice workout room. All public areas were clean.

They double charged me for my room and I have called them 3 days in a row to correct this and each time they said it was fixed but not the case . This is very unprofessional.Dean Hollenbach

I have a reservation scheduled that I need to modify. Because of the ridiculous cancellation policy, I need to speak to a manager. I have called the hotel directly 10 times with one of the following outcomes: no answer, transferred to a full voicemail, or left a message for the manager. The manager will not return my calls to discuss my situation. I have also called the Hilton customer service line with no resolution. This is terrible customer service, as guests with issues should have them addressed by the manager.

When I get there, I didn’t have my reservation , even that I have paid for it
