Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms ; amazing environment

We stayed on the side of the hotel away from the traffic. There is a nice fire pit outdoor area and a restaurant/bar on property. The rooms were very clean, the beds most comfortable and we had a quiet night's sleep. There is no pool. This hotel is next to the Cinemax Theater and there is a restaurant across from the parking lot. We enjoyed staying here.

The blinds wouldn't close and I had to have someone from the front desk come help with them. Even she struggled to get them closed. The toilet in our bathroom ran every 15-30 seconds and the room felt like the AC hadn't been on in a week when we got there. It cooled off really quickly, but was uncomfortable at the start.

Hotel is clean and appears to be newly remodeled. Staff was very welcoming.

The stay was fine but our bathroom needed some extra cleaning

The hotel was decorated for valentines and gave little valentines gift bags to each guest at check in. The staff was polite and professional. The hotel overall was pleasant. However, the bathroom door would not close unless you slammed it and would open blocking the ability to open the entrance door and to enter the room. Also, there hair that appeared to be body hair in the shower and other places as well as brown spots in the shower which appeared to be dirt of some kind. We stood on a towel to shower. The front desk person was professional and polite when I showed her pictures and she wrote a note for the manager. She stated that was not a representative of the brand and ask for my phone number.
