Parking. I checked in late night and I was told all parking are full dont know if the reception that night didn't want to check or what but when I came down again asks the day shifts turns out theres still more available spots. But that's all other than Parking availability. I will definitely go back as didn't feel comfortable park my vehicle on the road thanks.

The apartment was big and the beds confortable. Was a great stay for over 2 weeks, and easily cooked our meals and slept well. The kitchen was a little light on in terms of cooking utensils and bowls, but I asked at the front desk and they brought us some more mixing bowls as we did some baking while we there ( it was a long stay). The staff are lovely and welcoming and happy to help in any way they can.

The locaton is a little scary. There is a tab a few doors down and a bar directly below. I'm surprised there isn't security on site as it's a dosgy area. There are lots of vagrants hanging around on the street directly outside and I felt very protective of my daughters as they drew some sleazy attention from the drunks in the bar every time we walked in and out of the apartmetn as the bar tabels look driectly towards the entrance of the apratments. It's a real shame because the apartments are really nice. There are also alot of police sirens as the mall up across the road has a lot of criminal activity.

The apartments were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We left some belongings behind and staff took the trouble to alert us and helped to ship them over to us.

There was the occasional musky smell from the bathroom. Also cooking smell from other apartments gets into the corridor.

Comfortable bed, convenient location and practical space.

Our tiny balcony was 2 metres from next door's wall, blocking any decent view, despite how it was advertised. Also, with the neighbour's fire stair access even closer, this created a security concern. The hot water whistles, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the windows don't open (and balcony door must remain closed), the pool is very small, and some areas are under maintenance.

The room was a good size, neat and comfortable

There appeared to be many homeless / drug affected persons coming and going - I'm assuming it offers emergency accommodation?
