The location was great. The staff acted promptly after reporting issue with the aircon.

The arrangement of onsite parking was a bit confusing. Our initial assigned spot was taken by another car and we had to park at another spot as a result. The parking fee was charged incorrectly and I had to talk to a few staff to explain the situation to finally get the difference refunded.

Location in the middle of the city.

The fact that the apartment had a strong strange smell when we checked in and our friends commented in disgust hrs later. We char grilled Lamb cutlets and neutralized the odour. At checkout we found out we had taken up smoking and were charged for smoking in the room. Not impressed I started smoking, and very confused about where the butts were and the pkt I must of bought. I think I recall what the smell was when we checked in and may have been a hint of bullshit the staff left lingering from the last people possibly I'm pretty sure it was the same smell I could smell when they told me I had been smoking in the room.

Neighbouring room occupants were a bit noisy. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was whisper quiet. Perfume in the foyer unnecessary, but the room had no detectable odour. Overall a good trip.

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of shopping, buses, and near to train station. Apartment was spacious and very comfortable, well equipped and overlooking the main street with a small balcony which had the afternoon and evening sunshine. Although we were a couple it could easily have accommodated 4 people and indeed there was enough crockery and cutlery.

All good.
