We booked 3 nights for 2 bedroom apartment at this place last week. And they refused to give us apartment even paid upfront on booking.com that by mistake booking.com overbooked their place. There was something fishy. Night duty manager was horrible. For 10 minutes he didn’t even open the main doors, we arrived at 11.25 pm on Friday night. He wasn’t behaving properly, and even suggested us to find somewhere else for next 2 nights as well. He has 2 single apartments to accommodate us which he told us and later he refused for it and even asked to give us only one single apartment and we have to pay extra $50 for sofa bed. So after this all mess finally we manage to get 2 separate rooms at Crown Plaza Perth. Adina needs to investigate into this matter. After this We complain on Monday morning to the manager, I don’t think they will do anything as well.

Öffnungsmöglichkeit der Fenster war nicht gegeben, Pool wird vom Reinigungspersonal ignoriert - wir waren ein paar Tage zuvor ebenfalls hier und es standen nach wie vor verschmutzte Becher herum und auch die Fußtacken im Freibereich wurden nicht gereinigt
