Location is very good. Spacious.

The bedroom near the door has no windows and is quite stuffy and no aircon. There is only a aircon unit in the dining area and the 2 bedrooms only fan. There is an aircon outlet in one of the rooms but can’t feel any aircon from it.

The fit out was well appointed and had new furniture. The staff were nice and welcomed my sister for her birthday.

A fire alarm went off at 3.45am in the morning which caused a full evacuation. I had to drag my 7 month old out in the cold. Wasn’t great communication and nothing done to make up for the disturbance. Other guests made us feel uncomfortable. The sharing of facilities with an apartment block perhaps leads to more likely to have issues with the firm alarm. The lobby area and lift area stunk.
