Stay was generally fine,,apart from shower and bath were not fit for purpose,,

The light in the bathroom didn't work, the shower was just a dribble. I had stayed in the same room over 6 months ago and the faults were there then.

Clean, comfortable and quiet for a business over nighter.

In this challenging time the Hotel did its very best to accommodate everything from guests to employees

The only window in our room was a sylight. If I had known this I would have booked a different room as it did feel a bit claustrophobic.

Due to Covid, the price of 2 nights was excellent including a pre booked breakfast which was very efficient. I was finished b/fast faster than usual. The staff were very helpful despite all the hassles of Covid.

We felt very safe from covid. All areas were very clean. Safe measures were in place to allow for social distancing. Every thing was explained on arrival. Staff were friendly and willing to chat. would just like to thank everyone for making our first break away so easy.

The staff were very nice, on checkin I was told my room was not a good one and the receptionist checked if they had others but they didn’t. The room had no wall windows in either the bedroom or bathroom, in fact the only light came from a high roof light which had a horizontal blind which was out of reach so you couldn’t close it which meant an early morning wake up due to the light from outside. The room was dirty, bathroom smelt terrible, and had the smallest tv I’ve seen in a hotel. On the plus side the bed was made and sheets were clean but I wouldn’t go back or recommend the hotel. Maybe the other rooms were fine but on the whole the hotel was tired

The hotel was nice, could be cleaned a little better as still a lot of dust on window area, but was nice enough for the money. Breakfast was really nice and good service.

Staff were lovely food was fabulous. Shower was a trickle and thw toilet sounded like a motorbike needing a new exhaust!
