Hotel is super clean, staff are exceptional, food delicious high standard, all very friendly, enjoyed my stay, staff made it special.

A typical "Tired" Hotel, definately in need of a little modernisation!! If you like the sound of a vacum cleaner at 7:20 in the morning and bed sheets that are too small and slide off the plastic matress protectors then this is the place for you! However the staff are pleasant and the food not bad.

Stayed at the Kingtore Arms for 3 nights for a friend's wedding. The hotel staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Room very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was superb, from a selection cold and hot. Would stay here again the next time im visiting my friend.

Hotel needs upgrading, some rooms are affected by noise from adjoining rooms and noisy fire doors. The doors to the room are very thin and let corridor noise into the room, particularly a problem if other guests are leaving before 6am. I requested a room change because of this for my second night. This room was much better, although the fire doors closing and creaky floors in the corridor still meant a disturbed sleep. The rooms were adequately furninshed, the bed was comfortable, but could do with upgraded furniture and fittings (TV etc). The cooked breakfast was excellent and the staff were generally very helpful.
