The Elgin Kintore Arms, Inverurie

The hotel was very friendly and staff was friendly too I would go there again.

We decided to stop over here on a night out in Inverurie A nice looking hotel easy check_ in ,our room was on the 1st floor at the back of the building . The room was clean and tidy but badly requires modernisation , the carpet was tatty and the toilet was small ,no shelf for your toiletries . The shower cubicle was fine but not great drainage again no shelter try to hold your shower gel / shampoo , Good service at breakfast and good selection of cerealbread and juices and the cooked breakfast was ordered fresh and was really good

Room was hot and there was no way to cool it down

Lovely wee place to stay with a fab breakfast ideal for a weekend getaway and ideal for a budget break would go back

We were attending a wedding locally and went to the ceremony, in the afternoon between that and the meal we went to check in. When checking in they noticed we had our Westie dog with us and were promptly and abruptly told the hotel policy had changed and they no longer accepted dogs. Long story short, even though the filter on Hotels.com showed they did...they didn’t! We were left to go hunt for somewhere else to stay with no help, care etc from The Kintore Arms...they were completely in helpful and dismissive of the predicament, basically just sticking to their guns with no concern for our situation.
