Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

We loved the location. Coming in for a wake and funeral from NH and not knowing the area. We liked how everything was right near the hotel and how clean the rooms were. When we first walked in there was a very strong weed smell but I ran over to home depot to get some odoban.

It would be nice if there was a subscription of Netflix on the tv or something like that. No biggie though. Also No hot tub was a bummer.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Never had problems and this stay was no different. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

When I walked into the room there was a strange machine - I learned later it is an air freshener to remove cigarette smoke - on the counter next to the TV and there was wallboard and dirt in the sink and on the bathroom floor. When I asked that the detritus be removed it was, and the bathroom cleaned. I learned later that the work had been done the preceding Sunday - I came in on a Wednesday. Also, the bedcover was pilled and past its lifetime.

We are still here, but I had to write now about the exceptional service/hospitality we have been receiving at this location. The rooms are extremely clean and my friend and I both loved the fact that not only was the bathroom spotless, but it smells like clothes hanging o a clothsline in the fresh air. The entire staff has been exceptional - shout outs to Heather/Frot Desk and Julie who was a server at breakfast on Thanksgiving. There were two men at the front desk/night shift who were outstanding, too. They were there when we checked in on the 25th and I believe also night shift on the 26th. Please thank them - we are two VERY happy customers and very much appreciate the way this hotel is run and the quality of the people working at this Hilton Garden Inn...we can't wait to come back.
