Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kohala Suites Waikoloa

This experience for my family has been horrible so far. It is the worst Hilton we have stayed. This is the 6th Hilton I have stayed in this year so there's lots to compare. The room was dirty and there was leftover food on the kitchen floor when we checked in. The walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors noise starting at 6 am until 11:30 pm when I finally called the front desk. You can hear the adjacent rooms people walking and slamming doors. I am on the top floor and did not expect to hear people walking in other suites. My daughter has asked if I said something multiple times when the noise is coming from other suites. The scheduled activities are great but other than that there are few redeeming qualities. My recommendation is to choose a different property. This is not Hilton quality.

Very spacious suites in the Waikoloa Resort area. Waikoloa area has everything you need for a stay. Our suite 1431 overlooked the golf course with a nice view. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. We had only one complaint regarding secondary bedroom ceiling fan not working. It was reported and we came back from dinner and it was fixed. The Primary Bedroom was huge. I still don't understand how they got that 10 foot bathroom wall mirror in there. We enjoyed coffee on the large patio in the mornings watching the golfers. We drove to the Hilton Waikoloa property and used self parking as it was validated. Pool area at Hilton was beautiful. Absolutely no complaints on this Hilton timeshare exchange. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at the Hilton Kohala Suites. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was extremely clean and witt more than adequate room for our family of 5 adults. The staff were very courteous and helpful and made us feel very welcome. A big plus is you get to use the facilities of the larger Hilton Waikola property. Great convenient food shopping and restaurants are nearby. We would definitely stay here again

All around great place to stay! Chill surrounding area beaches everywhere near. Drive to other towns not bad.

A Great place that this is our 2nd time staying here when we are visiting the Big island. This time, we are staying at Suite 1912 and 1913. The other two times at King’s land. One disappointment is detailed cleanliness. It appeared to be clean, but failed miserably when inspected closely. Accumulated water stains on sink countertops and oily/sticky dinning table. Some descaling solution and degreaser would go a long way.
