"Exceptional"

The stay was good except for a couple fighting and they were very loud. It was bothersome. The lady who was available to assist with breakfast wasn't very pleasant. There was no cream cheese for the bagels.

We originally had one room. The keys didnt work because the battery in the door was dead. So then we go to another floor/room. The toilet didnt flush and the light switch in the bathroom did not work. Then we were moved to another room as a free upgrade. One bedroom suite. The shower door would barely budge. My husband had to open it for me. The entire track of the shower door was fikthy and had calcium build up and a dead stink bug. The bedroom t.v. also didnt work!

The pool.was dirty and the hot tub broken. I saw a comment saying it was broken so I called and they said it was fine when it wasn't.

"I would stay there again."

breakfast and room were fine

no happy hour on wednesday as advertised and coffee was cold in the morning. I requested a first floor room on Sunday when I booked and when I arrived they did not accommodate me.
