"Very poor"

Facility was nice and clean.

The front desk staff person who checked me out was very nonchallant and disinterested, lacking of customer service! Very passive and dismissive...he was a Black male with dreadlocks. This individual needs training or he should rethink a career in the hospitality business!

Too loud - even after being moved. Pot smell on every level including non smoking levels. Tried cleaning before 8am - then didn’t bother to check later in the morning. Elevator floor looks like it had usage of twenty years worth of feet for how worn out it was on the carpet. Shower rod was broken.

Great place to stay. Clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out and a delish breakfast was most welcome. Will stay again next time in Indy!
