Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Northwest

I chose this place because it was highly rated. Was disappointed with many things. Hot tub empty, pool a mess. Breakfast was decent. Left my therapeutic pillow with a distinct pillowcase from home and called and no one somehow can find it. I believe they just threw it out. They even checked with the person who cleaned the room and somehow they have no idea anything about my pillow that I know I left there. I even called the day I checked out and somehow nobody can help me with this. I made my displeasure known but of course they don't want to do anything about it. It was quiet and a decent place to stay. Just needs an upgrade to management and service some maintenance to the property.

Stayed at this place because it came with high ratings. It should not be highly rated. Pool is a mess, hot tub is empty. Breakfast was decent. I left my therapeutic pillow there with a distinct pillowcase on it from home. Called about it the day I left and somehow no one can find it after 3 days of calling. I let the manager know my displeasure and they seem to not really care and want to do anything about it. Poor service. Disappointed to say the least.

It was outdated in many areas. Pool and hot tub were gross. The health dept had a sign on the hot tub that it was shut down. Breakfast was not the best

We stayed here for 3 days - for a surgery visit. The front desk was very accommodating and the suite worked very well for our needs. Although it’s a few blocks off the main drag, it was still conveniently located (also right near a Costco). The breakfast had variety and that also made things EZ. We were happy with our stay.

At 630am Saturday, I phoned to the front desk explaining my shower nosel fell off and the water will not stop. Or change temperature. Front desk said maintenance would come by and solve the problem. 8 hours I return to the water still running and now room filled with hot steam. I once again go to front desk to get it resolved and ask for maintenance to get this issue resolved as I had to leave again. Again, upon my return the nosel is not on properly and water will not turn on. I finally at 1015pm go to the front desk asking to have this issue resolved, to have the lady at the front desk say someone will be able to fix it once they arrive in 40 minutes. As a courtesy I give them an hour and no one shows up. I once again head to the from desk to find out the new person in charge will not be able to fix it…. Very poor communication between all the staff at this hotel….! Very upset with how they handle this.

The dog hotel next door is too close and noisy. The laundry on the fourth floor only is a little obnoxious.
