"Bad experience "

Upon arrival no one was available to check us in. Walked around back offices calling for help. A lady came out after about 20 min from the same area we were looking in accompanied by a man. She checked us in was polite. When we got to the room the carpet near the master bed was flooded . Called for assistance. I was asked to come get towels because I was at that point not willing to move . We traveled from Alabama and it was a 12 hr day and 11pm at night . We were tired. Ice machine out of order as well. No extra bedding for the pull out bed that my daughter was going to sleep on. Not a good experience .

it was super clean the front desk lady was super nice.

i think they were doing construction or changing out the sign bcs the sign wasn’t there i didn’t even know if it was the La Quinta or not

"Good For the Price"

Good for the price. Need to upgrade the chairs quickly, not comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Pool area was clean.

The room smelled mildewy, rust in the bath tub, damage to the entertainment center. The staff was super friendly and helpful though.

The property had a skunk like smell in the hallways leading up to my room. The smell was also at the entrance area of my room. Towels given at front desk were dirty. The restroom in my room was not very clean. It was a good price compared to others in the area. But I would rather pay more for cleanliness and pleasant smells.
