Check in was pleasant. This property is undergoing remodeling so there are boxes of materials in the lobby but otherwise everything is neat and clean. We had an excellent nights sleep and we were given a room convenient to an outside door as we were traveling with our dog.

I would have given a 4 star, but all the things that would have justified that are going to be fixed very soon, as they are going to be remodeling! The room was clean! The beds firm but comfortable. I like my bed to be a bit less firm. The pool area was clean, with plenty of towels. Front desk was very friendly! I don't have any reviews on breakfast because we wanted to go next door to Cracker Barrel. I have zero complaints about this hotel.

Room was clean, but bathroom was so outdated with rust and lots of water damage, chipped sink. There was a clear difference between the rest of the room and the bathroom. Also, housekeeper tried to enter our room before 9am even though we were only there for a single night and had not yet checked out. Even acknowledging that we didn't put out the "do not disturb" sign, she should have knocked first and called out "housekeeping ".
