"Good hotel for a family stay"

The hotel was very nice. They are remodeling each floor starting at the top. We were able to stay in a newly remodeled room for 4 nights. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several choices. The indoor pool was quite nice.. Overall, we were quite happy with our choice.

They're renovating so be careful getting stuck on the first floor. It was a terrible stay. The room smelled musty, there were stains all over the carpet, the furniture was banged up, and the ceiling had a crack and water spots. Breakfast was powdered eggs and chewy sausage. And the bed was horribly uncomfortable...we left a night early but checked out after 3pm, so we were charged the full second night. I'm honestly surprised they would put anyone in that room (107). Then, at checkout, Joe accidentally changed me an extra 123.25 on accident, which overdrafted my account. The only redeeming quality is that after I posted my negative review on google the general manager said she refunded my entire stay. Now I wait for my money back...

"Good place to stop, and getting better."

Joe checked us in, and told us about the renovations currently underway. I was excited to be booked in to one of the newly finished rooms because the hotel we stayed at the night before was dismal at best. The room did not disappoint! Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the water in the tub shut off all the way! (It did not in our previous hotel) After a good nights sleep, the shower was great. Good water pressure and the shower head was high enough I was able to stand up straight and get the top of my head. Breakfast was nothing to rave about, but it was good and filled us up.
