Had a lovely anniversary celebration with excellent spa treatments. The spa staff and the hotel staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel overlooks Sapanca lake and is very relaxing and quiet. This was our second time there and we will definitely return again.

"Terrible food"

Beautiful setting. Really nice views from our room. But gosh such horrible food... Also they serve drinks like as if it's gold. We did not get worth of our money.

"Great place to stay for short trips"

Hotel personnel was good, breakfast was delicious and spa was nice. It was not a nice surprise to learn that reservation was needed for Turkish hamam. It was good for value. It's an advantage that the hotel located next to lake.
