Nice location. My wife liked it tooooo much. She wanted ti extend our stay and promised to return. Lake view is exceptional

I will definitely NOT stay here again. The heating system in my room was broken; even though I set it to 20C, it stayed above 27-28 the whole night and gave me nightmares. In the morning when I complained to the reception desk they acknowledged this problem (apparently it happens frequently), but refused to compensate me in any way. They offered me free tea/coffee, which is laughable considering how much I paid for the room. I returned to Istanbul much more tired than I left. What a FIASCO. Next time I will pay a bit more to stay at a decent spa hotel in Istanbul.

It is very good stay , I highly recommend it. BURCU ERKAYA is doing great job she is very helpful.

it was not room that I booked two beds separated ,they sad me same price separated and king size bed ,if it is why I payed over 200 tl more ? Room garden ıt was smiling too humidity too expensive room ,but non comfortable for upgrade 3 times more expensive ..

The resort was amazing and we thought we had a pleasant experience. It was a family reunion since I had not been able to see my family for few years. We were sitting outside enjoying the sun and chatting, and my sister had to go back to get something from the room. She was stopped by a staff member at the room door (he was not house keeping because he was wearing manager outfit). The guy shook her hands and asked her if everything in the stay is good. The he wouldn't let go of her hand. Then he started asking her if she wants to go back inside the room, and went on to tell her that he can show her other fancy luxurious suites if she is not comfortable with our room. He was so insistent and obnoxious. The textbook definition of $exual harassment. My sister has a strong personality and knew how force her way out, yell at him and put him in his place. The thing is that she did not tell anyone because we were checking out of the hotel that day, and she did not want me and my parents to escalate things and ruin the nice trip we were having. Now after I left Turkey, she had to tell me the story over the phone, because I was saying that we should go back to the same hotel when I visit Turkey next sprin This is infuriating. I know that one bad apple is not a reflection of whole resort, but at the same time customers and Expedia need to know. I wouldn't feel safe spending time there or in there roomy secluded spa for example, knowing that there may be predators walking around.

The hotel is very clean and creative place but employes are poor qualified. Nice nature and good conditiın.

Very nice hotel to relax however drinks and food too expensive. Hotel stuff is very sincere and polite. Food is very delicious.

Excellent hotel. Food in restaurant is ok ( not exceptional) but expensive for area.
