"Rooms not as shown"

The price for the rooms was horrible, checked into room, believed pics and it was a box. Had a 5 day stay planned, had to pay more than twice the price for barely an upgrade. Staff were excellent , food was terrible, really terrible. Property is beautiful, view is amazing. Read reviews of others before booking seems like they were somewhere else. BTW, shower flooded room first day, because it was not prepped for someone to stay, no shower walls and a drain outside that was on the highest point in room. BTW, we rented 2 rooms on Q level there both had same issue.

I was extremely disappointed by the person at the front desk she was cold and an happy person The person that’s giving massage are unprofessional I don’t have to go to Richmond for that’s. Simply and poor disappointment

Restoran fiyatlarındaki bir-iki tık abartı dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Otelden çıkmadan günlerce vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Kahvaltı açık büfesi çok geniş ve spa harika. Spa'daki çeşitlilik özellikle büyüledi. Masajdan da memnun kaldık.
