"AC problem "

Its nice hotel but i think its my right to open the AC because in the day period its hot and they control the AC from their side so i was jot able to switch it on

"Good spa hotel"

We had two rooms next to each other, which was facing the restaurant; both rooms were comfortable and we were not bothered by the live music that was taking place downstairs. Hotel has a short walkway by the lake, a good garden, a nice outside pool and the spa is very nice. Overall clean and calm place. 1 hour and 45 min drive from european side of istanbul. Would stay again.

"Relaxing and lovely Visit"

Richmond Nua wellness-Spa is One of the best Hotels all over the world. The location is overwhelming it is a very safe place to stay located at the coast of the Sapanca lake and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel allowed adults only that why I liked. Housekeeping and Room service are great. The Reception of the hotel is excellent we had quick check in, there is One Person in the reception Whom I must admire MR. OKAN. He was great Helpful, Humble with a Smiling face. Restaurants are rich and delicious food we had half board reservation, we had our dinner in the Aquacort Restaurant food was amazing and delicious and great service from both Mr. UMIT and Mr. TURAN they serve us with big smile and professionally way we really appreciate them. Congratulate you for having this great staff in this pleasant hotel, for sure I will come back again and recommend to every body.

"A memorable weekend"

It was rewind two days break. We enjoyed the atmosphere and all the facilities. I suggest to extend the hours of the span and treatments. Also it is recommended to change the breakfast place to outdoor area.
