The guests staying on the same floor as me were super loud and would wake me up which was exasperated by the thin walls and the doors would bang loudly. The light in the bathroom doesn't have a switch so you can't turn it off and just have to wait for it to go off. Other than
Elms Village was a bus ride or short walk to the City Centre, while at the same time being just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The study room was clean and tidy; the shower and the WiFi worked. The 24/7 staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. It was an excellent base for Belfast, the Titanic Quarter and a train to Dublin. If you want something a stage up from a hostel or economical good accommodation, then this is the place to stay.
If you want a brilliantly clean prison cell for your stay then this is the room for you. No tv, no tea or coffee facilities, no cooling fan, very very basic, only one main light. I have stayed in halls of residents for students before but this place was in the middle of nowhere. I will not be recommending it to anyone, not even students
Elm Village is set in its own grounds very secure and located close to many attractions and Belfast City Centre 7 min bus ride Excellent staff friendly and helpful made check in a pleasure, rooms are located in Fob key accessed units as are the rooms and all have on suite and are very clean with daily housekeeping and clean towels daily and bedding 3 days, free wifi ensures you can check out locations to visit and keep in touch with things at home. Separate shared kitchen facilities have all appliances to meet your cooking needs and include. a tv seating area, Breakfast is included in price and is served in a ultra modern dinning room building ,with a well stocked shop area. Amazing value would highly recommend and definitely stay again😃
Belfast is a great city
I've stayed at a number of student doems across the UK, and this one was of a totally different standard. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was of a fair size. Outlet near bed. Soap and ahampoo. Very clean.
My room was for a disabled person and therefore a light overhead wouldn't or couldn't turn off making it difficult to sleep, also the wall plug kept buzzing as something wrong with it. Still the room was clean and ok otherwise.
Its the place to go even if you need a few days away breakfast great,on site shop,and not to far to walk to local pubs etc will definitely be going back 100%
