Everything was fine, but the change from a cooked breakfast to a 'grab and go' breakfast (which is a croissant, yoghurt and apple) is not a welcome change.
Nice rooms and great polite service. Loved the stay just the bed wasn’t very comfy
Lovely welcoming staff They need to provide information on how to get to the accommodation from the airport It was cold in the night they need to put some portable heaters in the kitchen for people to bring into their bedroom in the night if they are going to turn the heaters off. The breakfast was lovely would have preferred if it was delivered as it meant me having to get dressed. Really enjoyed staying here will definitely be back. 🙋♀️
Fine for a place to crash at night, walking distance to Queen’s University.
Nothing fancy but clean and ensuite. Very pleasant and in a nice area, easily walking distance to the town centre. I enjoyed the shared kitchen.
All I can is that I am looking forward to stayin there again ,,,,the location , the staff ,,,the poeple ,,the services ,,,,the grab & go breakfast ,,,,,,,, car park ,, great WIFI ,,Yes it was just Great stayin there,,, & at a good price,,,,,,,,well recommend ,,top marks
Staff were very helpful and polite, room was clean and tidy.
It's a dorm room with a private bath, exactly as represented. If you need a place to crash for the night (alone) this is it. Small single bed, and the tiniest shower I've ever used... if you're over 250 lbs., you won't fit. Exceptionally clean, and helpful staff. A bit out of the way from the downtown action, but on the bus routes and within (long) walking distance.
The heating was off most of the time but especially at night. On the weekday the cleaners make a terrible racket, banking and shouting to each other from 09:00 hours.
