Convinient location. 1.3 miles from city centre. Parking cheap 70p for 24 hrs! Free takeaway breakfast. Room and linen clean. comfy single bed. en suit good quality bathroom. It's a bargain!

Room good, no in room facilities ie kettle,tv or complimentary t/bags or coffee, breakfast was a grab and go from reception 08.00 onwards . no good for me as needed elswhere 20 miles away, so breakfast paid for but unavailable for me at 07.54
I was surprised that this was available during term time, but not disappointed with my choice. My 2nd floor room was clean and secure, with a communal lounge and kitchen next door. The kitchen was well appointed with a good range of appliances and utensils. The included breakfast is collected from reception and consists of juice, fruit, yoghurt and a croissant with disposable plate and cutlery. This was ok, but I would have prefered to have a proper sit down meal in the canteen like at Exeter University. Security is excellent, especially late night, where a whole army of guards lime the main entrance to the village, making sure that only guests and students are allowed on site and no undesirables can get in. There's a good campus shop, a Spar nearby and a regular bus service (Mon-Sat) into the city centre which serves the pubs, bars and restaurants, main campus, main bus & rail stations and connections for Airports. All in all, a pleasant stay.
Elms Village is a,nice place to stay in lovely surroundings,within easy distance from Belfast City I enjoyed my stay
If you're after a place to sleep with a comfortable bed and a good shower this is excellent value for money. It's not too far from the city centre and has very friendly staff. It has a great student feel as you'd expect.
