Location / duck pond

No air conditioning. Gym outdated/ poor quality. Lights out downstairs- showered in dark with lamp. Breakfast good- toast- bread very low standard of brand

Friendly staff, beautiful locations and yes Offcourse the Ducks. Stayed 3 nights and loved it.

Lovely grounds, gardens, pond. Really clean, nice tables by the pond to sit and have a drink. Shame no tables to eat outside as the restaurant was super hot! Room was nice, big bath and four poster bed. No aircon but a decent fan.

Basic spa, location is beautiful but too far to walk to anywhere

Good location, lovely staff, good food and a spa with pool.

The room advertised on booking.com which apparently we could book was not the one we were allocated so not as advertised. We could not have stayed in that room as it was very noisy with extractor fan noise, small with a very small en-suite and an awful view. We were given an upgrade to a lovely room but had to pay for it which in this instance we were happy to do.
