Staff very helpful. Offered to take our bags to our room. Dogs made welcome with treats and special arrangements for breakfast if you didn't want to leave animal in room

Good location and easy parking

Electrical sockets in the rooms didn’t work by the beds (on both sides) and then the table lamp came on by itself at 7.15am (and the plugs started working) so clearly dodgy electrics. You could hear next doors conversation through the interconnecting door (they weren’t being too loud, just terrible acoustic protection between rooms). The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature as the control was broken. We were told when we arrived we had to wait to check in after a bus load of arrivals even though they weren’t even in the building when we arrived.

Brilliant location. Helpful staff. Serviceable breakfast offering.

Shower screen could have been sealed better. Mouldy ironing board. Staff training at reception seemed to go on all weekend
