The shower walls dirty the shower head was dirty

Beautifully maintained, excellent breakfast, fitness center superior

This hotel is very large and spacious. There is a lot of parking and it is adjacent to a mall with many shops and restaurants. We stayed here two nights for a quick trip to visit Philadelphia which was a short 10-minute drive. Our room was clean and a little smaller than some of the other Homewood Suites we have stayed at. One thing to note is that when making a reservation to request a room opposite side of the front (near the highway) otherwise the noise is unbearable. We could not sleep the first night at all due to the loud traffic and had to request a new room the next morning, otherwise we would have checked out. The room also needed sheets and blankets for the pull-out sofa. Breakfast was good with many choices and the dining room was spacious for many people. Thank you to the accommodating night manager, he was very sympathetic and helpful in getting us a new room after the terrible first night.

Noisy, AC stayed at 69 degree F and did NOT go down even after I lowered it numerous times. I couldn't sleep all night because it was hot. The hotel was close to the freeway so when I opened the window to get some cool air since the AC only stayed at 69F; it was really noisy. I saw a blanket in the closet that had blond hair, black hair and other kinds of hair all over it.

When i arrived at 3pm for check in they had me waiting for 30mins to clean out the room. The room floor is very nasty and the couch had stains and nasty smell and color to the seats.

I always stay at this hotel when I am visiting the area

Specifically called the hotel before booking to ask about the pool. Was it open, etc. The pool was 62°. That is unsafe for people to be swimming in that temperature. The heater was broken yet the pool was open. Completely unacceptable. We would not have stayed here! We should have demanded our money back and moved to another hotel but it was late and we were tired and the kids wanted to swim. My daughter went in for a brief moment and got right out. My son never went in. They should have told us that when I specifically called on the phone to ask about the pool. Very disappointed

the staff was super nice and the room was very clean and big

We were with small children exploring NJ and Philly. Great location, lots of shopping plazas around with food options. Room worked really well for our family and the breakfast was clean and well attended. Would go back if we needed to stay in that area again.
