Not Family-Friendly – Poor Communication and Lack of Basic Preparation We stayed at this hotel as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the advertised pool, which was a big deal for the kids. When we arrived, we were not told the pool was out of service, we just found out when going downstairs to the pool ready to enjoy there was a sign at the door that pool was out of service.— something that was never mentioned at any point during booking or in the lead-up to our stay. Very frustrating and misleading. On top of that, the room was clearly only prepared for two people, despite the booking being made for five. There were only two towels, limited kitchen supplies, and just enough dishes for two — which made meals and even basic hygiene really inconvenient. We appreciated front desk Jessica who were prompt to response to our request. To make matters worse, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, which made the stay even less comfortable. The staff were polite, but the overall experience felt unorganized and not family-friendly at all. We expected much better, and we won’t be returning.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite for myself and my son and his friends months before this event. Upon arriving, we were told the room was out of service and given 2 standard 1 bed rooms. This wasn't ideal for our situation as I was responsible for 4 teenager's and being in 2 rooms proved to be an issue. I did not get any sleep worrying about the boys and what their parents may think if anything were to happen after I told them I would be in the room with them. Thankfully, no issues and the hotel was nice and updated. Breakfast was standard but filling. Would stay again.

It was a friendly, clean, safe place to stay.

My stay overall was ok. When I arrived, it seemed that the room I initially was supposed to have (201) wasn’t available because it seemed that someone checked me in which I am not sure why because I didn’t check in until 6:45 PM so we had to take another room (301). Also, the bathroom had ants on the floor. There was also ants crawling on the dinning table and dining room wall. Please pictures and videos below.

Amazing.

Came to celebrate my 8 year old son for his birthday. Great location, great hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of amenities for the family and overall very comfortable. Cozy and warm environment. Went to Sahara Sam’s waterpark, literally 8 minutes driving from the hotel. We had an amazing time. Will be back when in the area.

Loved the tennis/ basket ball court and outdoor patio enough space for the kids to run and enjoy themselves

We booked a one bedroom suite with a king bed and when we arrived and checked in, we weren’t told our room wasn’t available. We get all the way upstairs to our room and find that it’s a standard room with 1 queen bed. I was a little frustrated because we just drove 7 hours with a toddler, but we went back downstairs to sort things out. We were told by the receptionist that the room we booked was under maintenance and someone was supposed to call us. If we had been called, I would have booked elsewhere and gotten a bigger room. We booked the one bedroom because we needed the space traveling with a toddler. The best they could offer us was points on our account. Next time we travel to see family we won’t be staying here which is unfortunate because it’s a nice hotel.
