Rooms really old and average, more 3-4* like. Breakfast good. Spa and poolbar really pricy! They served me Meat Burger istead of vegan Burger- disgusting and inaceptable (F&B Manager apologized for that, nevertheless should never happen). I am vegetarian for 14 years. Not much shade during day for sunbeds , Not really suiteable for Kids. Best of the hotel was Kids Club and staff: 5 Stars!! I Anfield Sandy, Prea ,Nanu were amazing, friendly! Kidsclub Was always Tidied up and clean!

Very Nice location close to the beach, you have to take a taxi or a tuk tuk to go for Ao Nang. Good atmosphere and very kids friendly Nice and big rooms with lots of space. However the bed madres is very hard in the bunkbeds All over a very nice hotel with very friendly staff.

If you can get over the fact that the hotel is a bit isolated from where all the action is and also that there is no private beach - you have to walk over a road to be on the beach where there aren't any facilities or such, then I'd recommend it. Rooms were big, the lobby was classy, and the pool was nice, too. The most impressive thing about the hotel were it's restaurants. We had a lot of Thai meals when in Thailand, but the one at this hotel was incredible!

Okay so I have stayed at many Sofitels and Accor properties and I picked this because I wanted nice facilities and I liked this location. Here’s the good, the bad, and just the things to know The Good: Nice location, great pool, wonderful breakfast, lovely grounds and facilities. You can easily walk to the 7-Eleven for little things or an ATM and then you have all the local beach restaurants and massage places right there too which are fun. They also give you tons of water bottles every day which is highly appreciated. The bad: The things at the hotel are so overpriced which I knew in advance and decided to do nothing through the hotel other than breakfast. If you don’t care, that’s fine but I’m talking everything (excursions, food, drinks) are at least 3-4 times more expensive than anywhere else locally. We never ate dinner at the hotel ever and preferred walking to all the nearby beach restaurants which we enjoyed. We never paid even close to 1,000 Thai Baht for dinner and drinks for 2 at any of those spots but dinner anywhere are the hotel will easily run you 8,000+ if not more. Also a tour through the hotel like a private long tail boat is I think around 9,000 Baht- you can easily arrange this locally for 2,000-3,500 baht. Also massages - a nice spa experience but they had a special on a massage for roughly 4,000 baht and that was the sale price. Walk 5 minutes and you can get one for no more than 500 anywhere nearby. Again if you don’t care, fine, but just good to be aware. Also they charge you for use of kayaks and paddle boards and things while other hotels don’t so I think this is a bit of a ripoff. Lastly, I’d say the rooms are fine, comfortable but a little worse for the wear. They could use some deep cleaning of things like grout and maybe some fresh paint. The beds are also quite firm which is typical in Asia The things to know: You have to cross the street to access the beach which is no big deal at all. There’s a crossing guard there but it’s very low key and no issue at all to go. There are beach loungers. The beach has massive swings in tides so the tide goes way out in the afternoon/evening and it’s better to swim earlier in the day. There could be lots of jellyfish but they seem harmless, I accidentally stepped on one that was washed up with no issue. You are right neat a giant industrial pier. Again this wasn’t an issue but just good to be prepared for. You can walk a nice ways on the beach at low tide. All in all I had a good experience. I wanted to stay in this area and tend to like Accor properties. If you come with proper expectations on pricing, the service, and the beach you will have a nice time. Definitely a much better location than Ao Nang and less remote than Tubkaek.

Beware - you will not want to leave this resort anymore :-) From the start to departure this hotel has exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family getaway, the resort is fully setup for families including kids club, kids pool and many daily activities to keep your little ones entertained. The team throughout the property was very attentive, friendly and always willing to assist. Kudos to the management team for putting together such a cheerful team. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable time. Credit to Chef Pedro for setting a fantastic culinary experience in all outlets - amenities exceeded all our expecations and probably the best I have seen at any hotel including storytelling. Heartists Sao, Lita, Som, Jib, Jah, May and Lucie were standouts!

We arrived at the Sofitel in Krabi after leaving a hotel we were very disappointed with. We truly arrived in paradise – a clean and well-organized hotel where every detail, big and small, has clearly been thoughtfully considered. We would especially like to mention the shift manager, Tomy, who welcomed us with a big smile and exceptional patience. He made a genuine effort to find us a suitable room, which is certainly not something to be taken for granted. It is rare to meet managers with such patience and such a high level of service awareness. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but thanks to Tom abry we extended our stay by four more nights! Highly recommended – and without a doubt, we will return.

This is a beautiful resort…. Having stayed at Sofitels throughout the world this is my honest opinion… Good points…. Beautiful pool with a closed off Adults section at one end. Lovely Colonial feel. Spacious well appointed rooms. The Housekeeping is exceptionally friendly and laundry is swift and reliable. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent Indian restaurant. Points for management…. Before we arrived I read that any poolside chairs that were left empty for 30 mins would have towels removed. Sadly this was not the case!! Yes there were lots of chairs.…but the most prominent chairs were reserved by towels for long periods!! The Italian restaurant is not run by the hotel and refused to give us Accor points. We were not made aware of this on arrival.

This was my first time staying at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort, and I was genuinely impressed by every single aspect of my trip. I want to take this space to thank everyone who made my stay so wonderful, and I hope this review helps others who are considering booking a stay here. I booked directly as an ALL Accor member. The coordination with the Reservation Department was incredibly smooth. I communicated directly with Khun Fon and Khun Yuka, who handled all my booking details perfectly and provided comprehensive hotel information even before I arrived. I traveled in February. The weather in Krabi was quite warm, but the sky was clear and it was absolutely perfect for a relaxing holiday. As soon as I arrived at the entrance, I received a very warm welcome from the Concierge team, Khun Mhee and Khun Tum. Right after that, Khun Pepsi warmly greeted me and escorted me straight to Club Millésime for an exclusive check-in experience. A huge thank you to Khun Pepsi and Khun Deena, they truly impressed me every single time I visited the Club during my stay. When I got to my room, it was a wonderful surprise. The bed was beautifully decorated with flowers, alongside a lovely little welcome card. I later found out this thoughtful touch was prepared by Khun Bella and Khun Thalia's team. I also want to praise the Housekeeping team, Khun Aey, Khun Bus, and Khun Tae. They kept the room spotless and provided wonderful service throughout my trip. During the day, I took a walk around the resort and dropped by the Kids Club. It’s packed with fun activities and is definitely a paradise for families with children. Next time, I’ll definitely bring my nieces and nephews along! Thank you to Khun Sandy, Khun Anfield, Khun Prae, and Khun Nanu for taking care of that area. That evening, I visited the Explorer Bar. I was in the mood for a custom drink tailored to my own taste, and Khun Meen crafted exactly what I wanted, it was fantastic. Khun Tus, who was also working at the bar, was great too. For dining, I visited Venezia, Maya, and Koh Podah restaurants. A big thank you to Khun Peemai, Khun Tar, and Khun Na. They always greeted me with a smile and gave great recommendations. During breakfast, the restaurant was quite busy, but Khun Tar managed the seating and service incredibly well and made sure I was looked after. Whenever I needed information or assistance, I could always rely on the Front Desk. Khun Apple and Khun Bright, the two lovely ladies at the counter, were always smiling and super supportive. When it was time to check out, Assistant Front Office Manager Khun Gabbie made the process seamless. Finally, my sincere thanks to the Front Office Manager, Khun Sea, who oversaw my entire stay and ensured everything was flawless. Highly recommended!

I like staff here especially kid club’s staff, my kid enjoyed day camp here he can stay for day with great care of kid club staff, thank you very much Prae, Sanin, Sandy, Anfield. We will definitely come here again.
