Hampton Inn & Suites Fremont

Very disappointed for a Hilton property. Bathroom was disgusting. Skidmarks on toilet and black yuck under rim. Carpet could use a scrub. Yuck. Breakfast until 10 was gone at 9:50. Nobody ever at desk. Called x 5 both from the road and our room. Never answered the phone. Nobody at desk again for checkout. Big nope for this place for price paid. Over $200 for the night. Won't post pictures it's too nasty.

Nice quiet area. The traffic wasn’t bad.

The curtains would not close all the way. We were on the 1st floor and you could see through the sheer curtains. Also we were in a handicap room and the shower was not good. Couldn’t have the shower running directly on our body as it got the outside floor all wet. Has to keep hanging the hose up or turning the water off. Other than those 2 items, everything was good!

The room was clean but my toilet would not flush.

Downstairs/lobby/elevators were not super clean, the snack room had very little food for purchase, the toilet in my room would not flush and the staff were not super friendly. I stayed in several Hilton properties on my trip and this one was definitely not up to standards.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms , fresh smells, great warm breakfast ( kids happy) , and large indoor pool. Don’t second guess,,, book this if in area for Sandusky for baseball tournament or CP.

I arrived Sunday, departed Thursday. It was posted that maid service was every other day. I did not have any maid service. I was responsible for my own trash, towels, coffee. $190/night and no service. The room was clean though there is peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The hallways and common area are not clean. Carpets very dirty (or stained?). On Tuesday, when I asked why my room was cleaned, they checked the "list" and apologized that my room didn't make it onto the list. They gave me towels and trash bags. Every day I had to get my own coffee and cups for my room. When I complained, all I got was "sorry." Any other hotel would have offered a room discount or at a minimum points. I just started a 24 month project where I need to be onsite 3 weeks a month -- and will not stay here again.

Everything was just ok, nothing blew my balls off!

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Had a room with a foldout and mattress was full of stain, no cover, and had to go and ask for bedding and front desk was irritated I needed the bedding!

Clean room, good breakfast.

Pool area was not cleaned, floor had potato chips and there was trash everywhere, not enough towels and it was already 10 am. Water was not too warm.
