The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. However the air in the room was broken. It was really hot and humid. They did change our room the second night. The last day there the elevator was broken

Although there is refurbishment work being carried out at the moment, this hotel is still one of the best ones in the area, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a good choice of breakfast. Ideally located for access to the I85, local shopping and sightseeing.

I liked the front desk staff & dining room staff

There was construction going on that I was not aware of before arriving at the hotel. The rooms need more soundproofing & the pool area was closed due to the construction. I didn't expect the pool to be open, but it would have been nice to be able to sit by the pool on the warmer days
