Hampton Inn Easley

Always a pleasure to stay here at the Hampton Inn in Easley. Clean rooms, a quiet location and friendly staff too. Added bonus of a decent breakfast too.

Pool was closed (that’s one reason we chose this place), did not clean room on 2nd day, key cards quit working each day, hallways were hot, one of the bathroom outlets didn’t work

My husband and I decided to take a short trip out of town this week to go to the Pretty Place and downtown Greenville. We booked this Hampton in Easley first because of the price (compared to Greenville) and the location being near the Pretty Place. Hampton and any Hilton hotel are our favorites due to the quality and amenities of the hotel. We have stayed in many Hamptons over the years and in memory this one in Easley by far has been the most friendly, welcoming, beautifully decorated and landscaped we have experienced. From the minute we walked in the door we were met with smiles and genuine appreciation that we were there. Chance Smith, who checked us in was so friendly and let us know if we needed anything to let him know. HIs manner was so kind, personable and he seemed to really enjoy his job. After a long tiring day I asked about the coffee and he said it had been made earlier, but if it was not hot, he would be happy to make me a fresh pot! Nothing seemed too much trouble to do for us. Our King room, although did have a very faint smell of smoke or mustiness (which they said would be checked out) was large, clean and had everything we needed, especially a large walk-in shower which I really prefer over a tub now that I am older. I always request a higher floor for the quietness, which they saw that on my account and accommodated us. After a great night's sleep we went down for breakfast. Mary Kay, the breakfast attendant was absolutely a wonderful way to start the day! She greeted us immediately with a warm welcome and beautiful smile. What a treasure she is! She like Chance really seemed to enjoy their jobs and interacting with the guest. The breakfast never disappoints. From the omelet, crispy bacon and delicious coffee, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Our checkout process with Kada and Kathy was seamless and like everyone else was super friendly. What a great overnight hotel experience! I always read reviews before booking a hotel, even Hiltons and try to go with the one with the best reviews. Hampton Easley did not disappoint! I would absolutely recommend this hotel! If we are in the area again in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the staff for a job well done!

Conveniently located and a very comfortable bed.

I have used this facility many times, but on this stay the bathroom due to hair around the commode and shower!!!

Hotel was wonderful! Convenient to everything and very quiet.
