The Service is so Good also the staffs are friendly and nice, My coffee served hot and they craft also, The Ambiance is ao Aesthetic and instagramable, perfect to take a photo to post, I appreciate the people and thw staff who assisting on us Jennie, Haidee, Neeta, Maris, Abdelkader, Tejus, Gerille, Gomes, Anita, ill give 5 star review to this people they are amazing.

I would like to share my pleasant experience from this hotel especially since we dine in Lobby Lounge it was very nice and the staff are very good and amazing I want to thank Maris, Ouasilla, Haidee, abdelkader, tejus, Gomes, Vijay, Uttam, Bhawana, Jennie, It was a pleasure to be here i will come back for sure!Thank you for wonderful experience Food is the best also Buffet gabkha Very delicious!

I really enjoy this hotel, the room Is clean and the view is amazing. I fell in love with the breakfast and I’m so grateful for the services specially for Jeebanti who was so kind taking care of met room service.

Has a nice shopping mall attached to it. Room service is good. Large flatscreen in the room which works well, a good selection of channels. Room has some amenities. Room size is decent.

Operates like a 2-3 star hotel. Requires substantial improvement in almost all aspects. Rooms are rather dusty. Beds are not very comfortable. Reception staff require more training, should also be reminded that during work duty, it's not a time to socialize, laugh and joke very loudly with each other at the reception area. Something I've seen every night. One of the bell boys for some reason he likes waiting awkwardly at the guest bedrooms waiting for a tip, after delivering a box or a bag. Some guests pointed out that if you don't tip him, he won't help. This is considered very unprofessional behavior.
