I had an excellent dining experience thanks to the outstanding service from Jeebanti, Samir, and Habib. From the moment I was seated, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They ensured everything ran smoothly, consistently courteous and efficient, making sure my table was always well looked after. Their teamwork and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience, and they made me feel valued as a guest. I would gladly return and highly recommend the restaurant because of their exceptional service.

A night to remember at the lobby lounge The Service was Excellent specially the staff who assist us with my family Jennie, Haidee, Quasilla, Iris, Anita, Raj Abdelkader, Maris. They are all Give us a great service, The Ambiance are nice perfect for photograph The Chef Give us nice and yummy food also the barista, The Place is clean and well sanitized feels so comfortable and well relaxed here at the Lobby lounge definitely come here.

I had Ramdhan Iftar and my experience was really good, the food, the environment, the music and the staff was great (special thanks to Miss preeti, Mr kader, lamis Pretty, manoj, chaima, Raj, Alisa, Rekha and June).

I don’t write reviews often but the service at Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall is so excellent that it deserves recognition. Every morning at breakfast the crew (Regie, Habib and Samir) go the extra mile to make me feel welcome! The service is amazing, always kind and with a smile. Also, I would like to prise Chef Stalin for double checking how I like my eggs (I am particular about that) and he prepared the PERFECT Egg Benedict for me this morning! Food was amazing we ordered chocolate sphered and V60 also french coffee we enjoy it a lot specially the service they gave the staff was friendly specially who assisted us Jennie and Haidee, Neeta, Anita, bhawana, Abdelkader, Tejus, Im also lovin the service and the place inside the lobby lounge feels so good and the decorationg for ramadan is very well prepared. thank you ill rate it 5 star service.

I love the Ambience here it gave so much comfortable and feel relaxed they also provide music so that you can feel the relaxation, The Coffee and the cookies they give is fresh and well crafted by the staff, I also appreciate the people and the staff who assisted us and who make the coffee Raj, food is really delicious and the rest of the staffs, Haidee, Bhawana, Jennie,neeta, Ouassila, Iris, Abdelkader, Maris, Anita and Uni.
