"My stay was amazing"

Staff were friendly and great, room was tidy, my bed was sooo comfy, it is in a great location for nightlife but still quiet and comfortable.

Nothing. Everything was great… but I will say I didn’t get a spare, cozy blanket in my room that was the only thing.

An excellent modern hotel, would thoroughly recommend. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back. A fantastic meal in the restaurant with great service, good job Palmer Collective!

What a fabulous place to stay and eat - great and extremely helpful staff - we ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel - Palmers Bar and Kitchen- highly recommend. It was an extensive menu and the food was both exceptional and hot - great service from the staff Overall an excellent stay in Townsville - we will be back Thank you
