Lovely hotel with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I phoned ahead to say I was recovering from surgery and they allocated us an accessible room (although it was quite a long walk from reception) and allowed us to park in the disabled area even though I didn't have a blue badge. The buffet breakfast had a good choice and we liked the fact that everything was self service (even the tea and coffee) so we could eat at our own pace. The complimentary drinks in the room was a nice touch.

Disappointed with the evening food I had. the first night I just ordered the soup as I wasn't very hungry. It came in a very small bowl (lukewarm). I did expect when I order a bowl of soup for it to come in a soup bowl! The next night I ordered a pizza. It was disappointing. The crust was like concrete and totally inedible. Considering the price of the food and the quality of the hotel it should have been much better. I didn't eat in the hotel in the evening after that.

A nice hotel with a pool and spa area. The breakfast was ample and had a lot of choice.

There was some distant traffic noise. The hotel has a lot of rooms so quite a walk with luggage, there are other exit doors near carpark, so I think the reception should explain that to arriving guests.
