Breakfast finish time could be stretched to 1000 in the week perhaps. My room was quite a walk from the main reception.

Great breakfast options, room was comfy and appreciated being away from the main building to avoid noise from larger parties. Pool was nice and the grounds are gorgeous. Stayed for my wife's birthday and she loved it.

Our room didn't have AC which I would expect for the price, and only terrestrial channels on the TV - no option to screen share from phone or use own Netflix.

The receptionist was very friendly

Room was far to hot had to ask for a fan, pubic hairs in the shower. Left the restaurant after one hour and fifteen minutes with out food being served.

The hotel is ok, but the bar and food service is discraceful. We waited for over 2 hours for good which was not what we ordered and was like warm. They didnt even ask if this was ok or give us cutlery. Everyone was complaining and all management coukd say was, the kitchen is short staffed. We paid £22 for a burger that was lukewarm and fries cold. Nobody to complain to or apologise….. absolutely disgraceful service. If they were that short staffed they should have stopped taking orders or explain this dekay when ordering. Also food terribly overpriced, avoid at all costs.

Liked the friendliness of all the staff with the exception of the check in staff member Room amenities TV, bath and bed stood out

Comfy beds, clean room, great staff, nice location. Excellent gym.

Breakfast was not good. Very understaffed in the restaurant at breakfast leading to buffet not being replenished, coffee machines with no beans and tables not cleared. Food expensive in the evening and nothing special.

We enjoyed our stay, but we had food in the bar on Sunday night, we ordered at 7:40pm and didn't get our main course till 9:10pm, also the WiFi was kept cutting in and out
