Bridges Bay Resort

The suite was spacious. It was well supplied. We had a balcony with a lake view. It's a beautiful lake. The water park was open.

The outdoor pool was closed for repair. No house keeping. Attention to maintenance details like a broken lamp, spots on doors, would make this a pristine resort.

Good location for kids

Outside pool was closed for repair out of the blue which we understand happens but nothing was offered as a apology for the inconvenience.

Outdoor pool closed. No notification prior to check in. Only stayed here for the pool to spend time watching grandson swim. Tried to watch at the indoor pool but they insisted I buy a day pass to just watch him swim. Spent 4 nonrefundable days in my room as it was the only place they weren't going to charge me more to be in. Combine that with some wonderful lukewarm showers to start our days off at this "resort", that has absolutely nothing else to resort about, and a room with very visible maintenance items that have been ignored and I am now confident I was robbed. We will never be back to this place.

Terrible experience pool had so many rules surprised kids could even get in the water. Would not recommend for any family.

Beautiful campus, the weather was cold and raining, we were really looking forward to use the pool and the swim up bar. Nothing of your concern.

Relaxing balcony

Room very small. Only king bed and no room for an additional chair. The building we stayed in was quite a ways from the main building although our room was Lake side and balcony provided nice view of Lake. But was quite a ways from the lakes edge. We didn’t use the water park but visited it and it looked fun for kids.
