The breakfast was good. Grandkids enjoyed water park.

When in water park I slipped on one of the blue pads someone left out. Came down on knee. I could barely get up. When I went to the station, they offered me band aid. That would do nothing as I had a gash down knee and the rest of knee was scrapped. I asked if they had an ice pack and they said sure but, could not find one. They just stood and looked at me. I took grandkids back to room and got my own ice.

Rooms are not kept up for the price. Very run done pool area needs attention in side and out

My hotel room was supposed to be cancelled, as we stayed in a condo instead and I was still charged. After trying multiple times to contact management I was passed around and never contacted back about my refund.

The location, proximity to the waterfall restaurant, great team members and food outstanding.

>    We called a few weeks prior to our stay and asked for an early check in, they put the request on our reservation but told us we needed to call the day of check in to see if it was available.    We tried calling off and on for 2 hours that morning and the phone was not answered we let it ring for several minutes with no options to leave a message.    The first evening the guests next to us tried to gain access to our room via a shared door, we had the chain on so was able to not let them gain access by my husband pushing them away,  I would think all the doors should be locked prior to your arrival.     We had to call security at 3 AM due to all the screaming in the hallway.    Very slow draining tub and never drained after our showers.  All the lifeguards at the pool and very rude, asked the bartender what they served and he looked at a sign and pointed to it, did not talk to us.   Saturday night at 10 PM the fire alarm went off - no staff was present to guide the guests, the elevator still worked. I thought elevators did not work during a possible fire?    We don’t usually complain, but the price we paid for a room with all these issues are unacceptable.   I will not recommend this resort.

The location was amazing!!! The balcony was beautiful with a great view of the pool!!! AND THE WATER PARK WAS PERFECT, MY FAMILY AND I HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIVES, MY 12 YEAR OLD BROTHER ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE WATER SLIDES

Was disappointed in the size of water park

We were only there for one night, with fourteen friends on a Motorcycle ride, we were all able to spend the evening on the patio at the restaurant/bar with the water views. it was a perfect spot for hanging out with friends

There was no breakfast.

The swimming pool wasn’t open.

Everything was nice and new. Good parking. Restaurants were nice.

The room we had was a lot smaller than expected. King size bed that was about it. No chairs or desk to look at laptop. Had to sit on the bed.
