Hotel room had no microwave

The room was not ready until 6:00 p.m. they did discount our room and gave us free water park passes. However, the staff at the water park are very unprofessional and rude. There are long lines to get an armband and unclear instructions which resulted in a lousy experience. The rooms advertised are not actually two bedroom. They are a normal hotel room with a sliding door in them. The three-bedroom condo is organized poorly so that you have to go through a bedroom to get to the kitchen. So if you have more than one room and you want to join the other family in their three-bedroom room, you have to go through a bedroom and walk by children that are trying to sleep. Would not go back.

Very close to town. The water park would be great for families (we did not use).

The cleaning could be better. There was sand/dirt pushed into corners.

Bed was large and comfortable. Nice view of the lake

No microwave, no bar soap. No chairs, no table

No microwave was in our room which is highly unusual. Other wise facility was excellent

Lack of a microwave
