Only location as it was booked for our company’s guest.

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. After our guest checked in, she took the lift and walked a considerable distance to her room, only to discover that her room key did not work. As she is pregnant, this was particularly inconvenient. She only realised there was an issue when she reached her room and was unable to enter, so she had to call me for assistance. I then had to go to reception to obtain a replacement key. Despite there being no queue at the desk, I had to wait quite a long time while one receptionist was assisting another guest. During this time, our guest was left standing outside her room in a corridor without air conditioning, waiting for me to bring the replacement key. I wish the hotel’s service had been better. Both receptionists on duty were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the situation was handled without much urgency. As the person responsible for our guest’s stay, I felt very embarrassed by the experience. I hope the hotel will take steps to improve both its customer service and check-in procedures to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.

Camera trovata con tracce di polvere direttamente visibili dall’entrata (poi rimosse rapidamente dal personale). Nelle pulizie son state perse delle ciabatte (poi sostituite con un paio dell’hotel). Porta del gabinetto non si chiudeva per via di un difetto (come coppia non così problematico, ma sicuramente non ottimale per amici che viaggiano assieme.)

Great location & friendly staff. The rooms & facilities were very clean. The breakfast had a good range of food.

The bed was very hard & I didn’t sleep well.
