Le personnel est au top le matin comme ceux du soir. La chambre propre et climatisée. Le petit déjeuner varié. Le pain très bon.

Pas de climatisation dans la salle restauration. Difficile à supporter surtout le soir aussi bien pour la clientèle que pour le personnel en place pendant cette période de canicule.

Bien situé avec restaurant à côté, c'est plus tôt appréciable quand on a fait beaucoup de route.

Les chambres auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement, voir une douche italienne à la place d'une baignoire.

"A éviter très très mauvaise expérience"

Pas de papier wc Propriétaire apportant très tard donc pas réactif Odeur de mazout ds le gîte donnant des maux de tête Et pire pour aérer car très chaud a l'étage des chambres et dépourvu de clim ...dépourvu également de tableau électrique qd la coupure d'électricité a eu lieu le matin .... propriétaire toujours injoignable....donc pas de petit déjeuner car rien ne fonctionne cafetière micro onde ...et salle de bain dans le noir .... Au vu du séjour booking ne mettra certainement pas le commentaire en publication mais au prix du séjour c'est impardonnable ! Gite au dessus du garage ouvert pour aérer l'odeur du mazout ! C'est un manquement aux règles de location !!!

"La déchéance de Campanule..."

La proximité pour mon travail.

Le manque de climatisation, le deuxième accueil froid par homme semblant indifférent, et surtout le manque de renseignements suite au problème de panne de la climatisation. La dégradation du logement, moisissure et plafond écaillé de la salle de bain, manque de prises de courant "Aurillac chambre9". Campanile n'est plus ce qu'il était.
