Campanile Poitiers Sud - Aéroport

Surprisingly quiet hotel on main route between France and Spain. Lovely big field behind to walk the dogs. Unfortunately chef was off sick during our stay and restaurants in the area very limited on a Sunday. Breakfast was great and we would stay again but mid week rather than Sunday. As it was so hot we had to take the dogs in the room with us. The staff were lovely and found us a quiet room away from other guests.

Good example of Campanile. Helps if you can speak a bit of French though .

We needed somewhere convenient to stay on our way to Spain with our dog. This was just off the main road but surprisingly quiet. We had a room opening onto the garden which was good for the dog. The restaurant was closed & there wasn't a lot around the area, so ended up having a bad Chinese.

easy to find, quiet rooms, close to restaurants, near motorway, used while travelling through France as an over night stop off, will use again.

A bit dirty also bugs in the room even found on in my cardboard cup in morning

Hotel was easy to find, clean and very accommodating in relation to my dogs. The staff were very friendly and the food was of a very good standard. Would thoroughly recommend the campanile.

How to call such an hotel named ...............air port when it is so far and very badly identified from the road . Good luck to find it

The room itself was comfortable with evidence of recent upgrading of bathroom. However, the wind-down screen on the window was broken and could not be closed. When I pointed this out to the lady on duty, she was apologetic but could not fix it it and couldn't offer another room as the hotel was full. If you're familiar with Campanile hotels, you'll know that each room is looking directly on to a passage way used by all the residents on that floor, so we were left at 10 pm at night with no privacy and no way to block out the light from the outside lights. No compensation, even a partial refund, was offered because we had paid online. Also, it is very difficult to spot the entrance to this hotel, which involves driving over a footpath from a busy dual carriageway.
