Quality Inn Heber Springs

Location to the hospital.

It’s just old. My room didn’t have that “old” smell which I appreciated. But tub didn’t drain correctly. Tile missing in corners of bathroom . Overhead fan dirty with Missing cover plate. Beds squeak. But clean! The breakfast was good ..eggs, biscuits, gravey,cereal, muffins, juice milk coffee.

Everything was great, we did not eat breakfast there as we had other plans.

Breakfast was good and night staff was nice.

The day staff is very rude. And the room was filthy there was stains all on the sheets and the bedroom smelled horrible. There was trash left behind in drawers and management has personal issue with me due to me announcing to her I knew her ex husband. They lied to a friend of mine when she messaged manager complaining about the molded pullout couch my prior stay who happens to be the ex mother in law.. stating there was a meth pipe found. They're just being rude and trying to find reasons to get me exiled. There was ink stains in the sink prior to me staying that room

I loved the staff they where very accommodating!

I didn't like the fact that the keys have a mind of there own

Beds were very comfortable. Very clean

The air conditioner did not work very good. No meat on the breakfast bar.

Easy access to room

Perfect place to relax!

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
