MainStay Suites Extended Stay Hotel Casa Grande

Nice to pay $170 a night to have a family of elephants upstairs that NEVER sleep & decide its okay to let their kids jump around all night, told front desk and they just chuckle. Bye Bye

It is nothing like the picture. The room was not modern. It was well worn. No maid service. The towels we got from the desk the second day were stained or dirty and very moth worn - two huge bare spots. The sheets were awesome, though. However, this was more like a $59 per night hotel. I would not recommend it and I would not stay there again. The back door remained unlocked the entire day and night and there was not reputable people who seemed to come and go from there. Not good!

Was essentially a small apartment, fairly spacious. Clean. Staff was friendly & knew their jobs. Will stay here again.

First, the staff is fantastic & we loved them. Our room was tiny, NO free breakfast despite the Hotels.Com description, the first floor flooded from the fire sprinklers the first night, they only clean rooms once per week, & left all the dirty dishes, the floors are really dirty, walls are paper thin so you hear all of your neighbors at all hours and finally the beds are old and lumpy so no sleep during our Thanksgiving stay. Won’t be back.

Our room was clean, but it is very run down, and needs to be updated. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed in Mainstay suites for 3 nights. Hotel was well maintained and staffs were helpful. It is a interior corridor hotel and we felt very safe there . All others guests were friendly and I have seen family and kids staying in that hotel in a friendly manner. Overall experience very good . Will go back again.

Over all unique service and good

Lacey at front desk was amazing when I called to book the room. She was most helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, she was about the only good thing about our stay. Upon checking in, we had to initial that we had no pets … so one would think they did not allow pets but the WHOLE place smelled like a wet dog covered up by cleaning supplies. The halls had not been vacuumed in who knows how long ( but considering we just spent a YEAR in a pandemic where people rarely stayed in hotels… you’d think they would have been spotless!!!) … the bathroom in our room had water spots all over counter/mirror and faucet… the floor was so slick I almost fell and hit my head ( lawsuit waiting to happen)…the faucet in the tub dripped/leaked all. Night. Long. There was also no plug for the tub so you had to improvise . The floor in the room had been vacuumed at some point but if you dared to look in a closet or close to the bed you’d find the vacuum cord must not have gone that far. Very limited parking… and because of Covid, no breakfast ( yes, we were told)… yet pool/hot tub was open? No HBO although it was advertised as such. Would I recommend you stay? No idea… I’m sure what you consider clean and what I do differ… I also tend to be picky having worked at a Marriott where we were EXPECTED to do the job we were paid to do as if our Mother were going to be staying there. Needless to say, my mom won’t be staying here and this was my last visit.

While checking in the front desk clerk falls asleep standing up. I had to wake her up to finish checking me in. During the night (2am) the room across the way had a dog that would not stop loudly whining and scratching at the door. No answer on the phone when I called the room or the front desk. Every couple of hours there would be a couple of people standing in the hallway having a conversation. Avoid this place at all cost
