Just okay. Facilities were a little dated and run down.

The bathroom in the room was out of order and flooded, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, it made a constant noise, making it impossible for us to rest. The gym was poorly maintained, with broken machines and a lack of cleanliness. There was also no option to purchase water inside the hotel. Furthermore, the elevator was extremely slow and took a long time to open its doors, adding to the overall inconvenience.

Floors not to clean, found hairs on room and bathroom floor.

They didn't clean the toilet at all, There was poop on the outside of it. There was urine running all the way down the front of the toilet base & underneath the seat had urine & poop splatters. I take a black light with me & when you shine it on the toilet it shows you very brightly where all the urine is at. I bring gloves with me & I had clorex wipes so I used those to clean the entire toilet then I sprayed lysol disinfectant all over it & cleaned it again. When I took the black light I had gotten it all. The toilet was disgusting. Then the trash can by the toilet had a ton of long light colored hair all around it & stuck to the bottom & that is why I felt the floor had not been cleaned. The shower had green pieces of soap stuck to the wall & back of the shower area. The floor was dirty. I used their wash cloth & it was black when I got done spraying lysol disinfectant all over the floor & cleaned it with the rag & both sides were black. There were areas in the ceiling that was chipping in the bathroom. the bed was clean & comfy but the bathroom was not a good image for us at all. We took house shoes because they very seldom clean carpeted floors. The door coming in off the side from the parking lot he door handle was broken. The lady that worked night when I went to show her the filthy toilet & get a clean wash cloth told us the door had been broken for a while. People can get in from the side without staying there. NOT Safe & only 1 ice machine on the 4th floor

The property has been under construction for a couple of years. Slow progress on the renovation.

Clean room but the hallways to get to room under remodeling. Side door to outside broken so security figure didn’t lock door.

The Location

I drove out of my way to stay here because I like this chain. The lobby was OK, but the person behind the counter wasn’t very friendly. OK. Went right to my room because I had to go to the bathroom so bad after being on the road. The toilet had “dirt” (if you know what I mean) around the edges of the bowl. I looked over at the shower (while I was peeing) and shower floor had what looked like old soap and hair on it. It grossed me out, but I had to get some rest. I pulled the sheets back and there was “short hairs” underneath! I considered sleeping on top of the bed, but I’ve seen TV shows about what they look like when they put black lights on them. I went down to the front and just ask them to refund my money and I’d go somewhere else. Well, they don’t give refunds. When I talked to a person in charge, they said they are having trouble finding help. (Not my problem) They said they are independently owned, and they don’t have to abide by normal standards of that particular chain hotel as far as a refund. There you have it. There’s better hotels close by. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU’LL REGRET IT!

Beautiful room even for it being remodeled in places

Our room door had peeling paint. The tub did not have a stopper, so shower only, no bath available. The bathroom mirror was hung way too high. My 5 foot 1 inch wife could only see from her eyes up. The bathroom was small and the door had to be shut to get it out of the way of the tub. Very small TV, perhaps 30 inches. I have never been in a motel room with a TV that small. The heater was overheating the room, even though it was set for 68º.
