Rooms were comfortable staff was nice and accommodating

Bad smell i hallway, rooms needed some work

It was a good room. Only thing is they don’t mention a step up at the far end doors. I tripped and fell and hurt my knee. I did inform them about it but they need to put a sign up about that step down by room 110

I was very satisfied with the stay. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good value for the money.

Pillow case had stains, ironing board was broke

The room seemed clean, but there were surfaces that were not clean and around the base of the toilet and the toilet bowl was dirty and so therefore wasn’t sure how clean the floor in the bathroom or for that matter the floor in the shower.

Is a nice property, accommodations were very nice

I think the pet stay cost is excessive. We stated many hotels on our way from Southern California to the East Coast and not one was $75. Now I can see if there’s damage after the fact and charge an extra charge but not just to have your dog lay on the floor. I also thought that was odd that there was no water bottles or any water provided for this level of Hotel.
