At arrival front desk did not have my reservation, spent an hour tryi ng to contact hotels.com to no avail. AI is a frusterating vicious circle and could not speak to a live person. Finally paid hotel to get a room Paid twice lost nearly 100 points

Our last stop on the way home from So. California to Central Oregon. The entrance from the parking lot was great because the elevators were a few steps away, as well as 2 restrooms and an ice machine, right there! Other motels we stayed at required a LONG walk to use the elevator and restroom after a long drive. The room was clean. comfortable and quiet. Loved the bedding. Plenty of pillows and towels. Nice variety of breakfast foods served in the morning. AC worked fine. I would recommend it to my senior friends, and would stay here again.
