There was a noise coming from the refrigerator that was loud kept me up also our tv was very dark at the bottom

Everything about our stay was wonderful. A great value for the money. My only complaint, or rather suggestion, would be a better variety of breakfast foods to select from. Other than that, no complaints.

No complaints while I stsayed at the property. The front desk staff was friendly, the the room clean, etc. On the day of checkout we called down and asked for a late checkout. A time was not specified, but we assumped with 11am checkout, late checkout would be around noon. The front desk said late checkout was not a problem. We left the room around 12:15pm, maybe 12:20pm. After we got home, we noticed a $100 charge from the hotel. We assumed they had taken an extra deposit and called to get it removed. They informed us the $100 charge was because housekeeping reported we left the room at 1pm, and that they had repeatedly knocked. We informed them nobody had given us a late checkout time and nobody had knocked, and certainly nobody mentioned a $100 charge for late checkout. They told us to call back the next morning to speak to the manager. We called back the next morning to find out that the manager only works 5am to 7am each day. I asked if the manager could call us back at 9am, or if we could have the managers number, but were told the manager was only available between 5am and 7am. We are now wating on them to review the security camera footage to confirm when we left the room. Ridiculous.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was well stocked every morning. The room was clean and well maintained. A very good value for the price
