Best experience. The food, staff, room, service, cleanliness everything is top notch. I specially like to appreciate chef Rahesh for the daal, bati churma recipe. It tasted out of the world. Mohan is very curteous and flexible person, a star in the hotel.

It was a very pleasant experience. The ambience was nice and quiet. The food was of very high quality and so thoroughly enjoyable. We had a great anniversary memory Many thanks to Ms.Moumita and Amit for waiting on us at our table . They were graciously helpful Mr.Karthik the manager was equally helpful in arranging for an anniversary cake and overseeing the arrangements This was our first visit but we intend to come back

The location of the hotel is beautifully green and very pleasant, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. During this stay, we do not use any restaurant except in room dining as we were fasting during the day, so we did not make use of the breakfast. However, on one occasion, I requested some pastries from Colony, and the staff there were extremely helpful and kind. The girls kindly packed a selection of muffins and pastries for us, which we truly appreciated. This was our second time staying at Rain Tree, and once again, the experience was very comfortable. The bell boys were especially polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, everything was well managed, and the service met our expectations. It was a pleasant stay, and we appreciate the consistent hospitality provided by the team

No place is truly perfect, yet they have consistently fulfilled every request we’ve made with care and dedication. We enjoyed our stay 😉
